During this period under my guidance and proposed strategy, we completely revamped the existing product and built a new generation financial portfolio for the consumer market starting from Mexico and scaling to other LatAm countries.
The financial portfolio is aimed primarily to identify the best personal match for the loan options among the numerous lenders on the market.
With the new product approach, regardless of the introduction of KYC (which made the process more exigent), we increased the in-app go-through conversion rate several times.
During the project execution, I was reporting to the CEO/Founder. I was in close collaboration with the head of engineering, marketing team and UX specialist.
